📍 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your package has shipped.

Please note: During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


🚚 Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on location:

  • United States: 7–12 business days

  • International Orders: 7–18 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Holiday seasons

Puppyed™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.


🌎 International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.


📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your order anytime using our Track Order page.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.


📝 Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Puppyed™ cannot guarantee address changes.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


📭 Lost or Stolen Packages

Puppyed™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you experience delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim if needed.


📦 Split Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

You may receive separate tracking numbers for different items.
