🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Puppyed™

At Puppyed™, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


🗓 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must be in the original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Returns requested after 30 days of delivery may not be approved.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or worn products

  • Opened hygiene-related items

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items


📦 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us first at:

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item was incorrect

  • The item was defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


💳 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.


📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

We will either:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund

depending on the situation.


⏳ Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.


📭 Lost or Stolen Packages

Puppyed™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

However, we will assist you in contacting the carrier when possible.
